Come to class and build heat to burn off the stress of the week. In this class we will move through sequences that push you to find your edge and enjoy the breath.
Slow Flow

In this class we take our time to feel the pose and tune into our bodies. Moving with your breath to sink a little deeper into the poses gaining flexibility and building strength.
Restorative
rest & digest
Let go completely and allow your body and mind to be restored in these gentle relaxing poses. Expect some light guided meditation and poses to be held in a supported ease for 5 or more minutes.
Meditation
Mindful and Relaxing
In our meditation will practice different breathing techniques, move through a guided meditation, and a silent meditation.
